B2B Services Only

Our services are exclusively available to verified B2B trade partners, brands, retailers, and specialist jewellers. We do not supply directly to individual consumers.

Modifications

Al Shams Jewellery LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Order Placement

All orders must be placed through our official channels (email, WhatsApp, or our sales team). Orders are subject to product availability, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and credit approval.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of account setup.

Delivery & Logistics

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, product availability, and logistics conditions. Al Shams Jewellery LLC is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, customs, or force majeure events.

Returns & Disputes

Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect goods must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Our Content

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product photography, and design — is the property of Al Shams Jewellery LLC or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international copyright laws.

Brand Assets

Product images and brand assets displayed on our website belong to Al Shams Jewellery LLC or their respective brand owners. Use of these assets requires written permission.

Permitted Use

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our website content without prior written consent from Al Shams Jewellery LLC.

No Warranties

Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Al Shams Jewellery LLC's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the value of the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be referred to arbitration under DIAC rules.

Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations in connection with your use of our services, including trade licensing, VAT registration, and Kimberley Process-compliant diamond trade requirements.

Right to Modify

Al Shams Jewellery LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Notification

For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, we will notify registered B2B partners via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Continued Use

Your continued use of our website or services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
